advice for an acai bowl

2. add texture, keep it varied

this recipe is flexible and i recommend adding yogurt to the base or even some cashew/almond/whatevs milk. get creative and throw a heady granola or cereal on top, you can't go wrong. this makes a super light breakfast or tasty weekend afternoon snack.

the way to go
makes 1
2 packets sambazon acai packs (the acai packets remind me of healthy fla-vor-ice)
a splash of coconut water
1 banana (1/2 sliced for garnish)
small handful of blueberries (I used precisely 7)
2 strawberries sliced
1 tablespoon of toasted coconut
1 teaspoon of raw shelled hemp seed (no thc don't worry)
1 teaspoon of chia seed
a couple of slices of mango (ataulfo if you got em')
cut top of sambazon packet off and place in blender with 1/2 banana and a splash of coconut water, blend till smooth, should be like a thick milkshake. pour into bowl and top with blueberries, sliced strawberries, banana, and mango. sprinkle with toasted coconut, non-thc hemp seed, and chia seeds.
