advice on a b bowl
i've been on the road for work the last few weeks and my blog has been neglected just as my healthy eating habits have. i'm trying to get my life back in order and a good place to start is breakfast. this b bowl is healthy and filling- also customizable. add w/e fruit you can get your hands on and top with a good granola.

plain greek yogurt
frozen blueberries
frozen raspberries
cara cara orange, peeled and sliced in quarters
granola
in a small bowl place yogurt in the bottom arrange blueberries, raspberries, and orange on top of yogurt. then sprinkle granola on top and dig in.
